個人情報の収集・利用目的  皆さまからお預かりした個人情報は、以下に定める人材紹介活動のために利用いたします。  ・最適な求人案件を紹介するため  ・選考を希望する企業に対して求職者情報を提供するため  ・入社が決定した企業に対して求職者情報を提供するため  ・転職活動や求人案件に関する情報提供をするため  2.個人情報の提供  有料職業紹介事業における法的義務を遵守し、人材紹介希望者の個人情報を経歴書等の書類を通じて求人  企業へ提供いたします。  また、以下の場合を除き、人材紹介希望者の同意を得ずに第三者へ提供することはございません。  ・本人の同意を得ることが難しい場合で、生命、身体、または財産の保護が必要なとき  ・本人の同意を得ることが難しい場合で、公衆衛生の向上や児童の健全な育成が特に必要なとき  ・国の機関、地方公共団体、またはその委託を受けた者が法令に基づく業務を遂行する際に協力が必要で、本  人の同意を得ることが業務に支障を及ぼすとき  ・法令に基づく場合  ・事業の承継に伴って個人情報の提供が必要な場合  3.個人情報の委託  より良いサービス提供のために上記1に定める利用目的の範囲内で人材紹介業務を第三者に委託する場合が  あります。この場合、当社と当該委託先とのあいだで機密保持契約を締結し、個人情報保護のために適切な管  理・監督を実施いたします。  4.個人情報の取り扱い  ご提供いただいた個人情報は、「個人情報の保護に関する法律」その他の法令に従い適切に取り扱います。個  人情報を提供することは任意ですが、もしご提供いただけなかった場合、適切なサービスの提供ができない可能  性があります。  また、個人情報の返却は致しかねますので予めご了承ください。  5.個人情報の開示等  お預かりした個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等のお問い合わせにつきましては、以下の個人情報総合窓口  までご連絡ください。
