Role Summary

senior partner/ partner to support the expansion of Japan footprint focusing on driving business development for healthcare and life sciences strategy consulting engagements, growing the team and promoting the brand in Japan


Responsibilities:

  1. Focus on corporate and business strategy case for pharma, medtech and life science enabler companies (CRO, CDMO, and LS tool, etc.)

  2. Focus on non-Japanese biotech space (where they look to bring their innovative products to Japan market)

  3. Focus on expanding coverage into Japanese and large MNC companies

  4. Project type varies but go-to-market strategy, launch excellence, and transaction support (BDD and PMI planning) , organizational strategy and transformation support etc..


Team:

  1. We work as global team - Tokyo, Shanghai and SEA teams are already seamless, and we pull a lot of expertise and relations from US/EU offices

  2. Our team is Tokyo are proficient in Japanese and English minimum and also Chinese, French, Thai, Bahasa, Korean, etc. Only 20% are Japanese.

  3. We recruit life science PhD / MD holders and train them into consultant, locally and globally. Can work on not only commercial project but also more R&D / technical project as well
